THE TELEPHONE

If you're going to take the time to telephone somebody, you should at least take the time to actually respond when the person you're telephoning picks up the telephone receiver.  To telephone, have somebody answer the telephone call and not say anything is frustrating.  Say something.  Say anything.  Get to the point of the telephone call.  If it's a telephone call intended to sell something, then get to sale pitch.  If you made a telephone call to talk to somebody and that somebody answers the telephone call, then start talking.  Telepathy isn't common in this side of the universe.  With that in mind, it's safe to assume that the person on the other side of the line won't know why you're making a telephone call if you make a telephone call, have that person answer the telephone call and then don't say anything.
And as I'm lost in thought while it's scorching hot outside, here are some photos of Sheila Marques.
