CALM SILENCE

It's still early in the morning in the suburbs.  It's so early in the morning that it's still dark outside since the sun has yet to rise.  And it's quiet in the suburbs too.  It's so quiet that the only sound that can be heard is the sound of the wind outside and the sound of my laptop computer inside.  It's still Winter outside.  It's likely to be Winter for the rest of February and maybe parts of March too.  Though the weather is getting closer to Springtime.  Springtime isn't here yet, but the arrival of Spring weather is close enough that I can reach for it.  But right now, it's Winter outside.  And it's as if the world is still asleep in early morning hours.
