BEYOND THE SOUND OF THE UNDERGROUND

Sarah Harding was born under the name Sarah Nicole Hardman in Ascot, Berkshire on November 17, 1981.  Sarah didn't stay in Ascot very long.  Living in the same house with her two half brothers, Sarah's family first moved to Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey and later relocated to Stockport, Greater Manchester.  For education, she attended Hazel Grove High School and later Stockport College.  Sarah viewed her father as both a blessing and a curse.    John Adam Hardman got his daughter Sarah Hardman interested in music by bringing her along to the recording studio where he worked.  But he later left Sarah's mother, filed for a divorce, stopped communicating with Sarah and remarried in 2007.  Working promotions at two nightclubs at Grand Central Stockport, Pizza Hut waitressing, Van driving, the collection of financial debts and telephone operator at BT were her only sources of income before she decided to become a rock star  instead.  Sarah was twenty-one years old when she auditioned and landed a part by cattle call audition to the rock band Girls Aloud as part of a reality television talent show game show series Popstars:  The Rivals in 2002.  Girls Aloud was active from 2003 until 2009.  Girls Aloud broke one category of the Guinness Book of World Records twice and one category of the Guinness Book of World Records once.  Sarah Harding is still hard at work on her debut album and admits that progress has been both slow and steady.  She found employment as an actress in four movies entitled Bad Day, Freefall, St Trinian's 2: The Legend of Fritton's Gold and also Run for Your Wife.  Sarah Harding continues to tour to support her music to this exact moment of time.
