It's true Gentle Reader.  Halloween has returned once again.  And country music singer Julianne Hough is all dressed up as Crazy Eyes---A prison convict character from the Netflix television series Orange is the New Black.  Ok, not the best outfit to go trick or treating in, but she should be fine as long as she stays out of certain neighborhoods.

I wonder what her Mormon born brother (And a dance instructor employed by the television series Dancing with the Stars) Derek Hough thinks about his sister Julianne Hough's Halloween outfit.
