REGARDING THE FALLING SNOW IN CLEVELAND, OHIO

The local evening news was all in a panic.  Snow was going to fall.  There was a snow watch starting from today and will keep going until this coming Tuesday.  Some evening news called it a near whiteout assault of snow.  Well, the first of the snow has fallen and it's barely an inch tall.  Of course, there's still tomorow and the day after that to consider.  There's two theories to explain this.
1.  There really is going to be a snow storm of epic levels comming up.
2.  The local evening news is so starved for something spectacular to happen in Cleveland, Ohio that the falling snow itself becomes an event.
There's something good to be said about living in a city where the falling snow is made to be a huge event---Even when it's so far isn't living up to the hype.  Life is slower in Cleveland, Ohio.  Yes, you don't run into anybody rich and famous very much around here.  The limousines tend to be rented around here.  However, there's not much tragic drama going on (as long as you know which part of the neighborhood to stay in on the right sort of hour).  I don't mind living in Cleveland, Ohio.  Though I don't mind being a rich and famous person living in Paris, France, such a fate doesn't seem to be my fate right now.  So I guess I'll enjoy the slower pace which Cleveland, Ohio has to offer.

While I'm doing that, here are some photos of actress (from the television show the Facts of Life) and non-fiction Christian theology author Lisa Whelchel.
